Three-bedroom, two-storey chalet on Lac Heney, a 15-minute drive from Mont Ste-Marie ski and golf. Available for the winter season and summer weeks.

• Three bedrooms with three queen beds and one single bed. Linens and towels supplied; bring beach towels.
• Two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee makers and washer/dryer.
• Fibre internet with Wi-Fi, TV, sound system and wood-burning fireplace.
• Access to a four-acre peninsula, three decks/docks, a sandy beach and two kayaks. The owners’ cottage is on the same property.
• No smoking inside. Available for the winter season and summer weeks.
• Bedroom layout: one queen bed upstairs; one queen and one single bed in a downstairs bedroom; one queen bed in the third bedroom downstairs. One bathroom is upstairs and the downstairs bathroom has a shower.
• Kitchen appliances include a fridge, cooktop, convection oven/microwave and toaster oven. Potable water is supplied.
• The living room and den have leather couches and armchairs, a 5.1 sound system and a digital movie/TV library. Electric baseboard heating supplements the wood-burning fireplace.
• Telephone calls within Canada and the USA are included. Cellular reception is available in many areas of the property, including the cottage.
• The pine-and-birch property has approximately 1,000 feet of waterfront and a one-acre lawn. A security system is installed.
