• Two-bedroom end unit with a king bed, single bunk bed and double futon in the first bedroom; queen bed in the second bedroom.
• Living-room queen sofa bed; linens and towels supplied.
• Equipped kitchen, dining for six, full bathroom upstairs and main-floor powder room.
• Propane fireplace, balcony with BBQ, fibre internet, smart TV, heat pump and washer/dryer.
• Equipment storage, one parking space and a five-minute walk to the beach. No pets or smoking.
• A portable bed is stored in the bedroom cupboard. Kitchen equipment includes a drip coffee maker, dishes, cutlery and pots. The breakfast bar has stools.
• The upstairs bathroom includes a spa bathtub and large ceramic shower. The balcony has a bistro set and views of the hill.
• Heat pump provides heat and air conditioning, supplemented by electric baseboard heating. Additional parking is available nearby.
• Cross-country skiing is available around the golf club; mountain biking and hiking are nearby.
• A damage deposit is required and returned within one week of departure. Please leave the unit tidy.
